Absolutely love the Wise n Wright food! Delicious, healthy food, great service and very reasonably priced! We also use wise n wright for catering and I could say that their catering service is top notch! Keep up the amazing work!

I love this place! I first started coming here a year and half ago and it never fails to delight. I eat lunch here almost every day. With the recently added winter menu there are new and different options but the quality and healthy but super tasty tradition continues. I don't have any food issues but love that Wise and Wright has lots of choices that are vegan, vegetarian and gluten friendly. The new menu offerings I have tried so far are the Colorblind and Avocado Remix built up toast. Both are excellent. The Colorblind is a super healthy and very tasty veggie bowl - with a choice of Mild Romesco Sauce or Spicy Harissa Tahini Sauce there is a flavour profile for everyone. The Avocado Remix suits my love of breakfasts all day. The addition of the herbed mushrooms brings a nice new taste and the walnuts provide a satisfying crunchiness. A sophisticated update to avocado toast. Looking forward to trying the new Elixir Lattes. First on my list is the Longevity Bone Broth Elixir. If you haven't been here yet, give this place a try. You won't regret it. With all the food, beverage and smoothie choices there is something for everyone. Prices are reasonable for downtown and the staff are lovely..

Loved the bowls—so fresh and well made! Especially liked the Seoul bowl and ahi tuna poke salad. I also liked the green goddess latte, which was piping hot and had a very strong matcha taste

My go to place!! Has THE best dirty chai latte I have ever had!!! All of the bowls are 10 out of 10.. the goodmorning sandwich is also delicious! Pricing is really decent for huge portions as well Staff are super friendly and they always remember you.

My absolute favorite breakfast in Calgary. I live downtown with easy access to many great restaurants, but Wise & Wright is my #1 go-to. I eat here 2 or 3 times a week. The food is amazing (the Good Morning sandwich and Tall Dark and Handsome smoothie are my favorites), but the people who work here are truly why I love coming back. They put a lot of care into what they do.

Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed yet! I’ve been a loyal and loving customer since they have opened and don’t have a single bad experience to report. The service and food is phenomenal. The best bowl place and avocado toast place in Calgary in my opinion. If in a rush or visiting during lunch, I recommend using an online ordering app called Ritual and are lightening fast. I ordered while walking there on my phone and walked past a huge line and my food was ready for pick up. Our company has even done large delivered catering orders from here and the quality and service is not sacrificed.

Awesome experience. The food is really healthy. Lot of variety in smoothies and the food is soooo goooddd! The place is quiet and in the middle of the downtown. Must try if you are a fan of healthy food! I ordered immunity smoothie and Jamaican bowl! Was so good and enrich with the flavours

What a terrific place to come for a lunch meeting while downtown! I had the Holy Poke built-up toast with mushrooms instead of avocado and the wild sesame ahi tuna was better than any tuna I've had at legitimate sushi places! Sooo delicious. Super friendly staff and great decor, and everything is compostable (all pictured in this reciew). 11/10 would recommend!!!
